Responsible for the operations of all marketing aspects within the business, he manages a team to deliver against both ATL and BTL metrics and a strict P&L. This incorporates media, affiliates, SEO, social media, PR and CRM.
Responsible for overall project delivery and implementation of business and IT strategy, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience.
With an over 10 years of project and programme delivery experience she has a solid track record in implementing new processes as well as streamlining existing BAU activities to deliver maximum productivity.
