End to end logistics, optimum warehouse design, consolidation of sites, start up sites blank canvas to fully functional, carrier negotiations, 24 hour operations in fast paced environments for aviation and foods, third party logistics. Responsible for the Site, Warehouse & Distribution covering, Goods In, Stockroom, Packing & Despatch, Returns, Customer Services, Photography Studio and Retail presence.

20 years experience in the technology side of multi-channel retail, ecommerce and 3PL

Responsible for the system/platform designs and architecture, along with shaping the overall technology strategy within the business.

With a passion for building highly scalable, available, multi-tenant solutions, I am constantly looking for new ways to leverage technology for the betterment of the business.

I thoroughly enjoy "getting my hands dirty" and as such am very much hands on with all projects, from initial idea through to delivery.

Dougall has over 20 years experience in Finance within the Retail and Distribution sector.

Before being Finance Director at Watchshop he was at Whitbread plc, where he was UK Finance Director at Costa Coffee. While there he led the distribution efficiency project and was responsible for logistics in the division.

Responsible for the operations of all marketing aspects within the business, he manages a team to deliver against both ATL and BTL metrics and a strict P&L. This incorporates media, affiliates, SEO, social media, PR and CRM.

With an over 10 years of project and programme delivery experience she has a solid track record in implementing new processes as well as streamlining existing BAU activities to deliver maximum productivity. Kat’s experience includes project management roles in the e-commerce & digital retail, telecommunication and information technology firms. Kat is very passionate about delivering exceptional quality of service.

Over 5 years experience in Ecommerce predominantly focussing on conversion rate optimisation and customer behaviour. Previous to retail James worked in numerous commercial positions within the PR/Crisis Management SaaS world whilst also managing sales, logistics and warehousing teams for over 5 years Throughout his career he has worked alongside some great companies such as Nike & Converse, Regus, Investec, Pro:Direct Sport, Pizza Hut, TomTom, NHS, Amadeus etc.

Responsible for growing LuxEcom as a whole by focussing on new business, client retention, client growth, partnerships, events, content, PR and marketing.
